Join us for the Frame for Success- Reducing Callbacks & Optimizing Performance luncheon. Based on hundreds of job site reviews, APA has assembled a list of the most common wood construction framing and sheathing challenges found in today’s wood frame construction. This presentation is intended for building industry professionals to highlight errors in framing details and provide solutions for avoiding callbacks and failed inspections. It is also valuable for site staff charged with oversight of framing installation implementation and warranty representatives to assist with due diligence. For building department jurisdictions, this course provides a review of fundamental code compliant elements related to engineered wood products that ensure life safety. This session, presented by APA’s Stephanie Thomas- Rees, will examine best practices for installation of floor, roof, and wall wood framing.
